Ash Blast
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Using the site
Ash Blast provides public creator pages, project and video information, promotional information, and a short-link service. You may use the public site for ordinary personal or organizational browsing and may follow or share links that the service makes available.
Short links may open an app, continue to a browser destination, or display a preview/metadata page. The exact behavior can depend on the destination, device, browser, and configured deep-link settings.
Short links and third-party destinations
A short link can lead to a destination controlled by someone other than Ash Blast. Third-party destinations may change, become unavailable, require an account, contain advertising, collect information, or apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Ash Blast does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or network processing after a visitor leaves the Ash Blast service.
The site may display metadata supplied by a destination or platform. Metadata is best-effort and can be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate.
Proposed acceptable use
The following rules are proposed for owner approval rather than presented as a completed legal agreement:
- Do not use Ash Blast or its short links for unlawful, malicious, deceptive, abusive, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, or harassment-related activity.
- Do not use the service to impersonate another person, organization, or service or to mislead recipients about the destination of a link.
- Do not intentionally abuse the service through automated traffic, request flooding, or attempts to defeat security or rate-limiting controls.
- Do not use managed links to violate the rights or applicable rules of third-party services or content owners.
Proposed link disabling and removal
The site owner may disable or remove a short link that is harmful, unlawful, abusive, expired, broken, or otherwise inconsistent with the proposed acceptable-use rules above.
The current implementation preserves historical slug claims after deletion so a previously used short slug cannot simply be reassigned. This is a product behavior, not a promise about how every future moderation or appeal process will operate.
No separate promise of advance notice, formal appeal, guaranteed reinstatement, or a particular review timeframe is made by these proposed rules.
Availability and as-is language
The site and short-link service are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for owner review. The service can be changed, paused, disabled, or affected by failures in hosting, DNS, networks, APIs, third-party platforms, or destination services.
Ash Blast does not promise that every link, metadata field, preview, deep-link target, external embed, or third-party destination will always work or remain available.
Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes the site's short-link page-view and click analytics, trusted IP resolution, admin session, SEO metadata fetching, and third-party services.
External services
External services linked or embedded by the site remain subject to their own terms and policies. Examples used by the current site include Google/YouTube, Discord, SocialCounts, CurseForge/Overwolf, Vercel, and Cloudflare. Those providers' rules can change independently.
For provider privacy information, see Vercel, Cloudflare, and Google.
Changes and owner review
These terms may be revised when the service or its rules change. Material changes should be reflected in a new “Last updated” date.
The acceptable-use and link-disabling sections are intentionally labeled as proposed because the application code alone cannot establish that the owner has adopted those new commitments as final legal terms.
Contact
The currently published contact route is the Ash City Discord server: open the Discord contact route.
No public contact email is claimed by this page because no configured contact email was found in the application code.
These pages intentionally do not state a governing jurisdiction, statutory compliance status, universal provider guarantees, or provider-specific retention period unless those facts are established by the relevant source or current product configuration.
